Applications can be submitted through our website at We process COMPLETED applications on a first-come, first-serve basis in accordance with Fair Housing and State regulations. Only completed applications are processed in order of receipt. A completed application requires that all requested information is provided.

If an applicant does not qualify, they are notified, and the next completed application received is processed.

If an applicant does qualify:

1.    They will be offered a Hold Agreement in order to secure the property for their move-in

2.    After a signed Hold Agreement with hold fee is received, the property is taken off market

3.    We will contact you to notify you of the move in procedures required before keys can be delivered

4.    We will schedule an appointment to review the Lease Agreement and pick up keys to the property

How do applicants qualify?

Real Property Management Solutions uses a national credit reporting provider to obtain a prospect’s criminal and credit histories. Prospective tenants are provided the screening criteria regarding credit score and background checks during the application process. An applicant cannot submit an application without acknowledging these expectations. Employment verification and previous landlord references are also considered.
